Graphic Production Artist

About the role

WPP Production is seeking a Graphic Production Artist to create and optimise web‑focused visual assets. The role sits within a fast‑paced, high‑volume production team that supports global brands across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Update product imagery and UI elements in Photoshop compositions and output web‑ready graphics.
• Structure Photoshop files using slices, smart objects and layer comps to streamline localisation and production workflows.
• Review final deliverables for flawless layout, image quality, text and link accuracy.
• Track and check‑in graphics and visual assets using a version‑control system.
• Meet project deadlines and provide accurate file hand‑offs for localisation teams.
• Support the training of newer team members.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in high‑volume web or HTML‑email design and publishing.
• Strong eye for detail and pixel‑perfect quality.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Self‑motivated with clear written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Advanced Photoshop proficiency for web production.
• Familiarity with Sketch.
• Experience with Git or similar version‑control systems.
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS for web publishing.
