Graphic Designer (UX/UI) – Remote for US‑Based DTC Company

About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with strong UX/UI expertise to shape the visual and interaction design of our marketing website, campaign landing pages, and the Spyglass product experience. This remote position works directly with founders and engineers to create polished, conversion‑focused experiences that drive growth and improve usability.

Key responsibilities

• Create responsive page layouts, templates, and scalable design patterns for web properties.
• Design high‑converting landing pages for paid acquisition, partnerships, and product launches.
• Develop and test A/B variants for hero sections, CTAs, social proof, and page structures.
• Build wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups in Figma.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure smooth implementation and conduct usability reviews.
• Maintain and expand a scalable design system across marketing and product surfaces.

Required profile

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably with DTC, e‑commerce, or consumer brands.
• Proven ability to design conversion‑focused experiences and optimize user journeys.
• Strong visual design eye for typography, layout, spacing, color systems, and hierarchy.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, interactive prototyping).
