Graphic Designer – Print & Layout (Remote, Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a production‑strong Graphic Designer to lead the print channel for a global humanitarian organization. You will create annual reports, brochures, multi‑page publications and event collateral that showcase the mission and impact to donors and stakeholders worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce annual reports, brochures, and other multi‑page print publications.
• Own layout and production of long‑form print projects from concept to print‑ready files.
• Prepare print‑ready files and coordinate with commercial print vendors.
• Create event collateral, web and email graphics, and infographics.
• Adapt and maintain brand guidelines across all materials.
• Build and manage reusable templates for recurring campaigns.
• Collaborate with communications, digital, and fundraising teams.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating multi‑page layout, print production, and brand‑consistent design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign required, Illustrator and Photoshop essential.
• Proven experience preparing print‑ready files and working with commercial print vendors.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Highly organized, deadline‑driven and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with WordPress is a plus; Arabic language or culturally relevant design experience is a bonus.
