About the role

Sezzle is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs that align with our brand ethos and engage our audience. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to produce high‑quality visuals across multiple digital platforms. This role offers a fast‑paced environment with strong growth potential.

Key responsibilities

• Visual Branding: Follow brand guidelines to develop and maintain consistent visual branding across websites, email, print, and sales decks.
• Creative Design: Conceptualize and design graphics for in‑app banners, emails, landing pages, sales decks, and display ads.
• Collaboration: Work closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure goals and timelines are met.
• Innovation: Stay up‑to‑date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously push creative boundaries.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion, delivering high‑quality output within deadlines.
• Brand Storytelling: Translate complex ideas into simple, elegant visuals that enhance our brand identity.

Required profile

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in tech or fintech.
• Strong visual sense with the ability to turn complex concepts into clear, compelling visuals.
• High IQ and high EQ, thriving in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
