Graphic Design Digital Designer

About the role

We are looking for an imaginative, curious and adaptable Graphic Design Digital Designer to join BoldSky Creative Studio, the creative execution arm of Syneos Health. You will translate client visions into high‑quality visual assets across web, mobile, social and multimedia platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and implement direction from art, copy and development teams while juggling multiple projects.
• Create visual elements for websites, mobile apps, social media, interactive digital content and booth/multimedia interfaces.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs using Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with internal and external tech teams to ensure accurate implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field with 5–10 years of agency/studio experience.
• Strong design sense covering layout, composition, hierarchy, typography and color.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to meet deadlines on multiple tasks.
• Experience designing for healthcare/pharma and creating mid‑to large‑scale corporate websites.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.
• Prototyping tools – Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Pre‑press knowledge – formats, resolution, four‑color printing.
• Wireframing and prototype development.
• Basic SEO understanding.
• Familiarity with Jira and Microsoft Office Suite.
