Go‑To‑Market Customer Partner

About the role

Kyndryl is seeking a senior Go‑To‑Market Customer Partner to shape and grow relationships with its most strategic customers in the Energy, Oil & Gas, and Mining sectors. You will act as the strategic architect of the account, driving growth, profitability, and innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute cutting‑edge account strategies to grow and retain high‑value accounts.
• Generate new opportunities, expand existing work, and maximize renewals while minimizing erosion.
• Own the full P&L for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.
• Build deep executive alliances and collaborate with sales teams and partners to deliver seamless solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience with clients in Energy, Oil & Gas, or Mining.
• Track record of managing end‑to‑end sales processes and delivering revenue growth.
• Experience running account P&L and understanding business/technology trends.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with IT services sales background.
