Google Ads Specialist (eCommerce)

About the role

Folqs, a fast‑growing DTC supplement brand, is seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to own and scale its core Google Ads ecosystem and expand cold‑traffic acquisition on YouTube. You will work closely with the marketing team to test creative angles, optimise funnels and drive profitable ad spend.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, manage and optimise high‑converting Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and Demand Gen, including brand defence and retargeting.
• Build and scale cold‑traffic YouTube campaigns using VSLs, refining structure, placement, creative hooks and attribution.
• Oversee Google Merchant Center feeds, policy compliance and server‑side conversion tracking (GTM, GA4, multi‑touch attribution).
• Collaborate with copywriters and video editors on ad copy, VSL concepts, visual hooks and landing‑page messaging.
• Run systematic A/B tests on keywords, bidding strategies, ad copy, video angles and landing‑page flows while monitoring CAC, ROAS and spend efficiency daily.

Required profile

• 3+ years hands‑on media buying experience with Google Ads in eCommerce.
• Proven track record managing $50k+/month in profitable Google Ads spend.
• Minimum 6‑hour daily overlap with US Eastern Time (10:00 AM–4:00 PM ET).
• Proficient written and verbal English for clear team collaboration.

Required skills

• Deep expertise with Google Ads platforms: Performance Max, Shopping, keyword strategy and Merchant Center feed management.
• Strong YouTube Ads capability, especially cold‑traffic VSL campaigns.
• Experience with GTM, GA4 and multi‑touch attribution tools.
• Daily use of AI tools for research, ideation and workflow execution.
• Strong data analysis skills to monitor CAC, ROAS and campaign performance.
