Google Ads & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist who will own both paid and organic channels to generate leads and revenue. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution across Google Ads, Meta platforms, email, SMS and content production.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), including account setup, audience targeting, pixel implementation and daily performance monitoring.
• Develop and execute organic social media strategies, grow audiences, and enhance brand awareness across relevant platforms.
• Create content concepts, briefs and scripts for video ads, organic posts and promotional materials, directing production with clear creative guidance.
• Design, implement and optimise email and SMS marketing funnels in GoHighLevel and other CRM tools, managing segmentation and automation.
• Configure lead‑generation pipelines, integrate multi‑channel tactics and support affiliate or partner marketing initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership on website SEO improvements and overall digital presence.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on attitude, able to take campaigns from concept to execution.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable analysing data daily and iterating to maximise ROI.
• Excellent written communication for ad copy and campaign messaging.
• Team player who can coordinate with leadership, design, and development teams.
