GoHighLevel Automation Engineer

About the role

Huzzle is hiring a GoHighLevel Automation Engineer to design, build and optimise marketing and sales automation systems. It is a highly technical, client-facing role suited to someone experienced in CRM automation, funnel building and workflow optimisation within GoHighLevel. You will help improve lead conversion, automate outreach and ensure seamless customer journeys through data-driven automation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced workflows, triggers and automation sequences in GoHighLevel
• Build and optimise high-converting sales funnels, landing pages and pipelines
• Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party tools (Zapier, webhooks, APIs)
• Set up and manage CRM pipelines, lead scoring and segmentation
• Automate email, SMS and follow-up campaigns for inbound and outbound leads
• Monitor automation performance and optimise conversion rates
• Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with marketing and sales teams on automation strategy
• Document processes and create scalable automation frameworks

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM automation platform
• Experience in digital marketing agencies or SaaS environments
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
