Global Product Director – Pipeline Commercialization & Launches

About the role

Knight Therapeutics is seeking a Global Product Director to lead pipeline commercialization and launch excellence across LATAM and Canada. The role will shape global brand strategies, pricing, market access and lifecycle management for high‑potential pharmaceutical assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive Global Brand Plans and Launch Readiness Plans, establishing critical success factors and ensuring organizational readiness.
• Coordinate cross‑functional launch teams across multiple geographies to accelerate time‑to‑market and maximize peak sales.
• Partner with country teams to adapt global strategies for medical, commercial and market‑access functions.
• Maintain and update business cases for pipeline assets, integrating market insights and forecasts.
• Align pipeline development plans, timelines, resources and cost estimates across functions.
• Identify critical path activities, resource constraints and risks impacting launch timing.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, Medical and local teams to develop product forecasts.
• Support lifecycle management initiatives to maximize long‑term asset performance.

Required profile

• Approximately 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, sales and new product launches.
• Product management experience in primary care and/or specialty care.
• Multi‑country launch experience in LATAM, Brazil or Canada is an asset.
• Strong project‑management and cross‑functional leadership abilities.
• Proven experience in forecasting, business‑case development and data‑driven decision‑making.
