Global Analytics Associate Manager

About the role

The Global Analytics Associate Manager will support the creation of study strategies and collaborate with cross‑functional IQVIA teams. You will conduct data mining, perform analyses, formulate recommendations and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure IQVIA planning services deliver a competitive edge in new‑business opportunities.
• Develop accurate country, site, and enrollment strategies for RFPs, early engagements, re‑bids and awarded studies.
• Prepare feasibility materials, site lists and enrollment plans for bid‑defense meetings and internal customers.
• Collaborate with project teams and key stakeholders to resolve planning issues.
• Research therapeutic areas using databases, scientific literature and expert knowledge.
• Participate in planning meetings with Medical Directors, Therapeutic Strategy Leads, Business Developers and Program Directors.
• Present data‑gathering results and analysis outcomes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of clinical research developments and use planning tools effectively.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Biological Science, Biological Engineering, Bioengineering or Biotechnology; PhD is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in clinical research with a programming or data‑management focus.
• Strong understanding of clinical research processes and patient data.
• Advanced English proficiency for global team collaboration.
• Willingness to work remotely.
