About the role

PMI is seeking a Senior Retail Brand Manager to lead the strategy and execution of its branded retail points of sale. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on operational oversight to deliver exceptional consumer experiences while driving commercial performance and brand equity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage all branded retail locations, ensuring end‑to‑end accountability for Direct Retail operations.
• Define and execute operational plans aligned with mid‑term business objectives and profitability targets.
• Deliver best‑in‑class consumer experiences that enhance brand equity, NPS and P&L performance.
• Deploy commercial programs and consumer‑engagement initiatives across one‑to‑one and one‑to‑many channels.
• Drive direct consumer engagement and lead‑generation strategies, leveraging in‑channel and cross‑channel opportunities.
• Continuously optimize retail productivity, footprint expansion and innovation initiatives.
• Define traffic and activation strategies, monitor performance and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in retail, commercial or consumer‑facing roles, preferably within FMCG or branded retail.
• Proven experience managing multi‑site retail operations and leading teams, including third‑party partners.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and drive alignment.
