GenAI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a GenAI Engineer to lead the end‑to‑end development, deployment and operation of enterprise‑grade AI‑powered applications. You will collaborate with AI/DS, product and DevOps teams to build scalable GenAI solutions that meet production‑grade reliability, performance and cost requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and maintain backend services for LLM‑powered applications.
• Own the full lifecycle of GenAI features, from implementation through production support.
• Integrate and operate LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI) in enterprise environments.
• Build APIs, orchestration layers and micro‑services that enable agentic AI workflows.
• Optimize LLM systems for latency, resiliency, retries, fallbacks and cost efficiency.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, observability, monitoring and logging for AI services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline delivery and improve reliability.
• Work with Azure cloud, Redis, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL databases and related distributed systems.

Required profile

• 2+ years of Python backend engineering experience.
• Hands‑on experience with production LLM APIs such as OpenAI.
• Strong understanding of scalable backend and distributed system architecture.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering, agentic workflows and orchestration patterns.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+).
