Functional QA Tester and Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Functional QA Tester and Analyst to design, execute, and maintain test plans as part of a risk‑based quality strategy. You will work remotely, collaborating with developers and project managers to ensure our products meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents and provide timely feedback.
• Create detailed, well‑structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Perform thorough regression testing after bug fixes.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products.
• Monitor debugging results and investigate non‑conforming software.
• Track QA metrics such as defect density and open defect counts.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new testing tools and strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in software testing.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
• Full‑time availability and a positive, improvement‑focused attitude.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
