Fullstack Developer – Angular & Golang

About the role

Svitla Systems Inc. is seeking a senior Full‑Stack Developer to work on a global technology platform for self‑service payment solutions in the retail petroleum sector. The position is full‑time (40 h/week) based in Argentina and bridges the frontend and backend teams, leveraging an AI coding assistant to accelerate delivery while maintaining full ownership of shipped code.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end feature development in your primary stack (either Angular or Golang) at a senior level.
• Design and ship multi‑step business‑logic features in the secondary stack, beyond simple CRUD.
• Use an AI coding agent to generate drafts for cross‑stack tasks, then review, correct, and merge the output.
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests for all code you create or modify.
• Participate in code reviews on both frontend and backend pull requests, flagging cross‑boundary issues.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and specialist engineers to scope and deliver features spanning the BFF layer.
• Instrument and monitor services for observability, e.g., adding Prometheus metrics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of senior‑level experience with either Angular (micro‑frontends, Web Components, BFF patterns, responsive UI) or Golang (RESTful APIs, MongoDB, NATS, automated testing).
• Proficiency in the complementary stack sufficient to ship features with complex business logic.
• Demonstrated ability to direct an AI coding agent, evaluate its output, and ensure production‑ready quality.
• Strong Git knowledge and experience working in agile teams.
• Excellent written communication for documenting decisions across frontend and backend teams.
