Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

We are a fast‑growing software development company building custom business applications for clients across multiple industries. As a Full Stack Software Engineer you will work remotely from LATAM, contributing to both web and mobile solutions while collaborating directly with internal stakeholders and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web and mobile applications using our technology stack.
• Build new features across frontend (React, Ionic) and backend (PHP/Laravel, CakePHP, Node.js) systems.
• Troubleshoot bugs, resolve production issues, and support deployments.
• Participate in architecture, sprint planning, code reviews, and release processes.
• Assist with cloud infrastructure (AWS EC2, ECS) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Leverage AI tools (Cursor, Claude) to improve development speed and explore AI‑enabled client solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience delivering production‑grade web applications.
• Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and English communication skills.
• Ability to work confidently in English‑language meetings and interact with both technical and non‑technical team members.
