Full-Stack Software Engineer

About the role

Ethics Code is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join its fast‑growing data engineering and intelligent platforms team. This hybrid position offers flexibility to work remotely most of the time while collaborating on‑site for key meetings and client‑driven activities.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements, write specifications, and translate them into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop, test, and debug code in C# and Python, following best practices and unit‑testing standards.
• Perform data modeling, data wrangling, and data visualization to support large‑scale data pipelines.
• Maintain and enhance relational (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non‑relational (MongoDB) databases.
• Build and maintain React front‑end components and integrate with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders and engage with clients, project managers, and engineers.
