Full Stack Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Full‑Stack Developer to join a digital marketing agency that serves painting business owners. The role is fully remote and focuses on building high‑performance, scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client‑side and server‑side applications with React.js and Node.js.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and micro‑services to connect front‑end and back‑end systems.
• Translate UI/UX mockups into responsive, interactive front‑end components.
• Manage databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL and MySQL, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Optimize the full application stack for speed, scalability and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Implement authentication and authorization solutions using OAuth, JWT or similar technologies.
• Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues, UI bugs and performance bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑stack development experience with Node.js and React.js.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript; TypeScript is a plus.
• Experience working in a digital‑marketing agency environment.
• Proven problem‑solving, debugging and collaborative skills.

• JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Back‑end frameworks: Express.js, NestJS, Koa.
• Front‑end technologies: React, Redux, HTML5, CSS3/SASS.
• Database systems: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• API development, RESTful services, micro‑services.
• Authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT).
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
• Cloud platforms – AWS, Google Cloud, Azure (plus).
