Full Financial Analyst - Business Lines

About the role

Siemens Healthineers is looking for a Full Financial Analyst in Junín to manage financial planning and analysis for assigned business lines. The role covers monthly closing, variance analysis, forecasting and budgeting for headcount and indirect costs, and works closely with business stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy through data-driven modelling.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in the monthly closing process
• Analyse and comment on plan-actual-forecast variances for headcount and indirect costs
• Prepare a monthly management summary for key stakeholders, highlighting risks and opportunities and organising regular reviews
• Update monthly the headcount forecast and all related expenses, including indirect expenses such as marketing, travel and consulting
• Build a predictable model from historical data to improve forecast and budget accuracy, taking into account hiring patterns, seasonality and one-off OPEX impacts
• Prepare the yearly budget for headcount, employee-related expenses and OPEX
• Propose insights on target achievement
• Approve purchasing requests and personnel requisitions with budget control
