About the role

As a Front Desk Receptionist at Hilton, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences. Your role is essential in delivering the hospitality standards that define the Hilton brand.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, verify reservation details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials.
• Process guest departures, verify charges, handle payments, issue receipts and operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions and local area information to assist guest inquiries.
• Promote hotel amenities and services using up‑selling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage communications effectively.
