Fragrance Development Support – Project Coordination

About the role

Join IFF’s Consumer Fragrances team in Garín, Argentina, to coordinate fragrance projects that reach millions of consumers worldwide. You will support the Scent Design Manager in delivering innovative scent solutions while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Track project progress and assist the Scent Design Manager with all project activities.
• Prepare and coordinate submission packages, including fragrance samples, client presentation letters and technical documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), IFRA certificates, Product Data Sheets (PDS) and Certificates of Analysis.
• Consolidate sensory and technical information such as olfactive descriptions, fragrance mapping and performance test data.
• Lead weekly project status meetings and communicate updates, risks and next steps to stakeholders.
• Coordinate Sample Lab activities and prioritize sample production according to timelines.
• Maintain business tracking systems for wins, losses, retention and new product introductions.
• Support cross‑functional teams to meet milestones with quality and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Chemistry, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Experience in project coordination, sales support or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Preparation and handling of MSDS, IFRA certificates, Product Data Sheets (PDS) and Certificates of Analysis.
• Use of project management tools or ERP systems.
• Sample lab coordination for fragrance oils and applied formats.
