Fractional Controller (Remote, Part‑Time)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing, technology‑driven company seeking a proactive Fractional Controller to join our finance team on a part‑time, remote basis. You will own end‑to‑end finance operations, improve processes, and help automate recurring tasks using modern AI and automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage recurring finance processes from start to finish.
• Monitor daily cash activity, reconcile balances, and flag discrepancies.
• Prepare regular financial reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage invoicing workflows, track receivables, and support collections.
• Review and process vendor invoices, maintaining accurate AP records.
• Support month‑end close, reconciliations, and data accuracy within ERP systems.
• Identify manual workflows and transform them into automated, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency through AI‑enabled tools.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, fintech, or a high‑growth tech environment.
• Strong understanding of AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, and cash management.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet recurring deadlines independently.
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal oversight.
• Advanced English communication skills for collaboration with international teams.

• SQL.
• ETL processes.
• APIs.
• Spreadsheet scripting (e.g., advanced Excel or Google Sheets).
