Founding Account Executive (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Founding Account Executive to drive commercial expansion across Latin America. The role focuses on building a pipeline of mid‑market and enterprise customers, primarily HR leaders and Talent Acquisition teams, while shaping the go‑to‑market strategy for a fast‑growing HRTech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, targeting HR leaders in Mexico and the broader LATAM region.
• Generate and manage a pipeline of mid‑market and enterprise accounts, conducting consultative discovery calls and product demos.
• Collaborate with marketing, SDRs, and customer‑success teams to maintain pipeline health and improve conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting and provide market insights to refine regional sales strategy.
• Identify partnership and growth opportunities across LATAM and contribute to market‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of full‑cycle B2B or SaaS sales experience with a proven quota‑attainment record.
• Deep knowledge of the Mexican market and broader LATAM enterprise buying dynamics.
• Experience selling to mid‑market and enterprise customers, preferably in HRTech, AI, or recruitment technology.
• Native‑level Spanish and strong business English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment with high ownership.
