About the role

You will be the CEO's force multiplier, taking on whatever the company needs next—from deep market‑research dives to fixing operational bottlenecks. The role rewards judgment and breadth over any single skill and evolves with the business rather than following a fixed description.

Key responsibilities

• Lead market research and analysis, delivering actionable recommendations.
• Support hiring initiatives: source candidates, screen applicants, and build scalable processes.
• Assemble board and investor materials and help shape the company narrative.
• Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.
• Manage inbox triage, project tracking, scheduling, travel logistics, points/rewards programs, and AI‑assisted research.
• Produce concise call and meeting summaries for the CEO.

Required profile

• Generalist with strong judgment, quick learning ability, and attention to detail.
• Outcome‑owner who steps in proactively when issues arise.
• AI‑native, using tools like Claude or ChatGPT daily.
• Excellent English communication (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.
• Proactive mindset, providing status updates and action plans without being prompted.
