Financial Manager (Remote)

About the role

JobHire.ai is looking for a self‑driven Financial Manager to take full ownership of its finance function. You will build and maintain the financial model, oversee cash‑flow forecasting, and ensure data integrity across Stripe, banks, and other payment systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the company’s financial model, including plan‑vs‑actuals, cash‑flow forecasts, and scenario analysis.
• Collect, reconcile, and verify numbers directly from primary sources (Stripe, bank accounts, Revolut) and flag any discrepancies.
• Make the cost structure fully transparent, with every line item traceable to its source.
• Prepare weekly financial reports for the founder and the board.
• Coordinate with accounting and tax teams, establishing quality‑control processes.
• Document all finance processes to ensure the function is transferable and not dependent on a single individual.

Required profile

• Experience in financial planning and management accounting within a startup or SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to work independently, bring order to chaotic data, and dig into primary sources to resolve mismatches.
• Fluent in English (C1 level) and Russian (C1 level).
