Financial & Executive Operations Analyst

About the role

The company is a small technology firm developing crypto, wallet and AI products. As a Financial & Executive Operations Analyst you will sit next to the co‑CEO, turning informal instructions and multilingual briefings into clear, trackable tasks that keep the organization moving efficiently across Argentina, China and other locations.

Key responsibilities

• Convert voice notes, rough briefs and meeting outputs into well‑defined tasks with owners, deadlines and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain the Lark project‑management system as the single source of truth, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Prepare bilingual (English/Spanish) briefs, summaries and hand‑offs for engineering, product and other departments.
• Support the engineering team with project briefs, technical specifications and requirements documentation.
• Leverage internal AI tools to draft, summarise and verify outputs, always applying human review.
• Identify and flag gaps or blockers, ensuring smooth information flow across time zones.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish – non‑negotiable.
• 0‑3 years of experience; strong judgment and writing ability outweigh seniority.
• Highly autonomous after onboarding and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable handling ambiguity and multiple open threads without losing track.
• Discreet with confidential business information.
• Curious about AI, crypto and emerging technologies; a background in accounting or finance is a plus.
