Finance Planning and Business Analyst

About the role

The Finance Planning and Business Analyst supports financial planning, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis. Working closely with business functions, you will provide high‑quality financial insights to help management make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare budgeting, forecasting and mid‑term planning activities and ensure clear communication with all parties.
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Monitor variances between actuals, budgets and forecasts, delivering analyses and explanations.
• Analyse sales, costs, margins, expenses and profitability to identify key performance drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Produce regular management reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Evaluate business cases, pricing decisions and investment proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, R&D and Support to collect and validate financial inputs.
• Review monthly and periodic financial closings, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Approve contracts, purchase orders and investment documentation against value, justification and company objectives.
• Maintain data quality and compliance in ERP and reporting systems, and suggest improvements to controlling processes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in finance, FP&A, controlling or accounting.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English (B2/C1 level).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
