Finance Operations & Accounting Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Operations & Accounting Analyst to support finance activities across multiple legal entities and countries. The role is based within Auren Argentina but will be assigned exclusively to Ekumen, a Grid Dynamics Company, offering a collaborative, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support finance operations for several entities, ensuring accurate accounting and reporting.
• Develop a deep understanding of existing finance processes and help improve internal controls.
• Act as a liaison between local finance teams and the corporate finance organization.
• Assist with the implementation of new policies, controls, reporting requirements, and internal procedures.
• Prepare financial reports, consolidation packages, intercompany reconciliations, and support audit activities.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial operations.
• Advanced studies or graduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2/C1).
• Comfortable collaborating with both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools.
• Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
