Finance Lecturer (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking experienced finance lecturers and economists to help improve the way AI systems understand financial and economic concepts. Your expertise will directly shape the quality of AI‑generated finance content used by millions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Review finance‑related questions, explanations, and reasoning within AI training datasets.
• Assess the accuracy of concepts such as valuation, risk, capital markets, and economic theory.
• Identify misconceptions, logical gaps, or unclear reasoning in AI‑generated financial content.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to enhance the clarity and correctness of AI financial reasoning.
• Leverage teaching experience to flag common student misconceptions that AI may replicate.
• Work independently and asynchronously, meeting project milestones on your own schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of post‑secondary teaching experience in finance or economics.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial markets, or financial economics.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Reliable communicator able to deliver actionable, structured feedback.
