Finance and Administration Supervisor

About the role

Bechtel is establishing a new corporate office in Buenos Aires and seeks a Finance and Administration Supervisor to lead the corporate finance and accounting function. The role will ensure compliance with Bechtel policies and Argentine statutory requirements while building processes, controls, and reporting frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance and accounting activities for the Buenos Aires corporate office, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, taxes, cash management and statutory reporting.
• Maintain corporate and statutory accounting books with accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare financial statements, trial balances and supporting schedules.
• Perform and oversee monthly reconciliations between corporate and statutory records.
• Manage cash flow and prepare forecasts in coordination with the Santiago cash‑management team.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and statutory submissions.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve accounting issues and provide financial analysis and management reporting.

• Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
• Responsible for leading the corporate finance and accounting function of a newly established office.
