Finance Analyst

About the role

As a Finance Analyst you will deliver detailed financial planning and analysis that drives strategic insight and supports business decision‑making. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to develop forecasts, monitor budgets, and create insightful analytics using advanced visualization tools.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards with PowerBI or Tableau and ERP systems such as NetSuite, BigQuery, Snowflake and MySQL.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse and interpret financial data.
• Support the development of financial strategies, including payroll, budgeting and cost management.
• Contribute to process improvements and data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Proficiency in PowerBI and/or Tableau, and ERP systems (NetSuite, BigQuery, Snowflake, MySQL).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Suite.
• Highly proficient English (minimum B2 level) and strong communication skills.
• Proactive, independent and experienced working within a team environment.
• Experience with budgets, payroll and developing financial strategy.
