Finance Analyst – Control & Payment

About the role

The Control & Payment (C&P) Analyst is responsible for the end‑to‑end payment process, ensuring that vendor, tax, payroll, inter‑company and other company payments are executed accurately and on time while complying with PMI policies and SOX controls. The role contributes to operational excellence and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, control, document and execute payments in line with PMI procedures.
• Maintain compliance with operational and SOX controls and support internal and external audit activities.
• Investigate payment rejections and resolve bank‑related issues.
• Collaborate with affiliates and internal stakeholders on disbursements, remittances and other payment activities.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and participate in process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury or payment‑related financial processes.
• University degree or ongoing studies in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Advanced spoken and written English.
• Valid passport required for bank platform user creation.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP FI.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
