We are looking for Film Scene Description Specialists to watch short video clips and translate what they see into precise, structured visual descriptions. Your work will help cutting‑edge AI systems learn how cinematic scenes are composed, paced, and emotionally conveyed.

Key responsibilities

• Watch short film or video clips and break them down into beat‑by‑beat visual descriptions.
• Describe camera movement, framing, blocking, pacing, and mood with precision.
• Communicate tone and emotional atmosphere using only visual indicators, without referencing dialogue.
• Follow standardized formatting guidelines to produce consistent scene summaries.
• Maintain high quality and consistency across a large volume of descriptions.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in film, television, or visual storytelling.
• Ability to articulate on‑screen content with clarity and specificity.
• Strong structured writing skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to re‑watch clips to ensure accuracy.
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working independently.
• No professional film or media experience required.
