About the role

We are seeking a Family Practitioner or General Practitioner to join our well‑established clinic in Nelson. The position focuses on primary care with an emphasis on pain management, offering both in‑person and virtual patient interactions in a flexible, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care and pain management services to a diverse patient base.
• Utilize the clinic’s full EMR system for documentation, ordering, and follow‑up.
• Conduct virtual consultations for patients unable to travel.
• Collaborate with referral networks across surrounding areas.
• Participate in on‑site billing processes and ensure accurate coding.

Required profile

• Licensed Family Practitioner or General Practitioner.
• Interest in pain management; willingness to undergo training if needed.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented, flexible setting.
• Commitment to high‑quality patient care and continuous learning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
