About the role

We are seeking a Family Practitioner/General Practitioner to join our well‑established clinic in Nelson. The position offers a progressive, innovative environment with flexible scheduling, full EMR integration, on‑site billing, and virtual health options for patients unable to travel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient base, including pain‑management services.
• Conduct in‑person and virtual consultations, documenting all encounters in the clinic’s EMR system.
• Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations and billing processes.
• Participate in referral networks across surrounding areas and contribute to practice growth.

Required profile

• Qualified Family Practitioner or General Practitioner with a valid medical license.
• Interest in pain management; training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
• Willingness to work full‑time in a community‑focused setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
