About the role

We are seeking a Family Practitioner or General Practitioner to join our well‑established clinic in Nelson. The position offers a progressive, flexible environment with both in‑person and virtual health options, and the opportunity to develop expertise in pain management, even if you are new to the field.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient base.
• Deliver pain‑management services and receive on‑the‑job training if needed.
• Conduct virtual consultations for patients unable to travel.
• Utilize the clinic’s full EMR system for documentation and billing.
• Collaborate with an efficient on‑site billing team and support staff.

Required profile

• Licensed Family Practitioner or General Practitioner.
• Interest in pain management and willingness to be trained.
• Comfortable working in a community‑focused, flexible setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Experience with virtual health platforms (preferred).
