Facilities Analyst

About the role

The Facilities Analyst provides operational support across maintenance, operations, basic finance, vendor management, occupancy services, and events. Acting as the central point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors, the role ensures Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators are met with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain reception area order and aesthetics, delivering a positive first impression.
• Manage front‑desk duties, mail, courier, and messenger services locally and internationally.
• Control access cards, keys, and locker assignments securely.
• Serve as main point of contact for new‑employee office orientation, onboarding/off‑boarding follow‑up, and parking management.
• Handle internal event ticket requests, coordinate room layouts, manage guest lists, and provide on‑site support during events.
• Conduct site inspections, respond to building work orders, and ensure compliance with contract KPIs.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scanning legal documents, managing Lost & Found inventory, and coordinating general user requests.
• Participate in cross‑functional alignment meetings and report safety or regulatory anomalies.

Required skills
