Executive Operations Assistant (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Operations Assistant to support a top multifamily real‑estate broker based in Los Angeles. This remote, full‑time position will help the broker stay focused on buyers and sellers by handling day‑to‑day operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbox, calendar, and meeting preparation for a busy broker.
• Take live notes during calls, updating the CRM and calendar in real time.
• Support deals and pipeline activities, including data‑room setup, document gathering, and data cleaning.
• Execute light marketing tasks such as LinkedIn scheduling, outreach, and video coordination.
• Make calls and contact brokers or potential buyers as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent, professional English (written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency with Outlook and PowerPoint.
• High agency, discretion, and an operator mindset.
• Comfortable speaking with native English speakers and working US Pacific hours.
• Real‑estate experience is a plus but not mandatory.
