About the role

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support a family‑run Asian fusion restaurant with two locations, a boba shop and a new catering division in Los Angeles. The role will keep daily operations running smoothly, handling everything from client communications to event coordination.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to catering inquiries, manage client communication from initial contact through event confirmation.
  • Coordinate with the chef, operations director and restaurant team to prepare and execute catering events.
  • Conduct outreach to schools, churches and community groups to promote catering services.
  • Draft marketing copy, outreach emails and promotional materials for team review.
  • Match incoming invoices with shipment records and flag discrepancies.
  • Maintain the events calendar and keep the team informed of upcoming bookings and deadlines.
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support such as email management, document organization and ad‑hoc requests.

Required profile

  • 2+ years experience as an executive assistant, operations coordinator or administrative support role.
  • Experience working with clients in the US, UK, Canada or Australia.
  • Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks without letting anything slip.
  • Reliable internet connection and a functional computer.

Required skills

  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Experience with Notion.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Comfort using Discord for team communication.
