About the role
We are looking for a remote Executive Assistant to help our LATAM clients implement and adopt our Edge OS operational platform. You will act as the bridge between leadership and the system, ensuring workflows, playbooks, and scorecards are not only created but actively used.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Edge OS implementation for assigned clients, tracking milestones and deliverables.
- Manage executive calendars, key meetings, and OS‑related touchpoints.
- Coordinate internal and client‑facing tasks across all OS components (workflows, playbooks, roles, scorecards, meetings, decisions, memos).
- Build and maintain dashboards that give leadership a clear control panel.
- Document and refine standard operating procedures and playbooks based on client workflows.
- Track progress, follow up on action items, and ensure adoption of each OS element.
- Communicate directly with clients to clarify expectations, gather information, and drive accountability.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in operations, project management, executive assistance, or similar remote/admin roles.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1+) with strong written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability in executive support, strategic coordination, and process design.
- Experience creating systems, playbooks, and documentation.
- Strong client and stakeholder communication skills.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and follow‑through.
