Ex-MBB Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

Join a growing team of former top‑tier strategy consultants who are shaping how advanced AI systems learn high‑level business reasoning. This remote, project‑based position focuses on designing realistic consulting scenarios that will be used to train and evaluate large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed consulting project environments, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate an LLM‑based grading system.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesising messy data into client‑ready deliverables.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations under uncertainty and time pressure.
