Equity Trader - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train AI Assistant models. You will evaluate AI‑generated answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets, and provide structured feedback to improve model accuracy and reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses to finance‑related questions.
• Use your education and work experience to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs.
• Challenge the models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback for each model iteration.
• Deliver diverse and challenging problems to AI chatbots and assess their performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced degree (MBA or higher) preferred, but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently as a contractor, remotely, and manage your own schedule.
