About the role

The Equipment Operator ensures safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of services to customers. This position supports field and maintenance crews by preparing and operating equipment according to job requirements and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, efficient, and reliable services to customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Assist field and maintenance crews with equipment preparation for operations.
• Participate in pre‑job and toolbox meetings.
• Maintain equipment in good, safe working order and report any problems.
• Ensure individual and crew safety on‑site.
• Prepare equipment for rig‑up and rig‑down periods.
• Operate equipment according to competency level and job requirements.
• Wear required PPE and follow HSE policies.
• Maintain required safety training and certifications.
