EPM Functional Consultant – CFO & Enterprise Value

About the role

Accenture is seeking an EPM Functional Consultant to join its CFO & Enterprise Value practice. The consultant will drive finance transformation initiatives, focusing on financial close, consolidation, management reporting, and enterprise performance management to help clients enhance finance processes and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and optimise finance processes such as close, consolidation, reporting, planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements and translate them into functional solution designs.
• Support EPM implementation projects from design through deployment, preparing functional specifications, test scenarios, training materials and user documentation.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver successful transformation programmes.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to finance‑transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in finance transformation, EPM consulting, financial close & consolidation, or FP&A.
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial consolidation and reporting processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, engineering or related fields.
• Advanced level of English.
