About the role

Zephyra CO is looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Travel Coordinator to join its remote customer experience team. You will be the primary point of contact for travelers, handling inquiries and ensuring every interaction is professional and helpful.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone promptly and courteously.
• Resolve issues, complaints, and requests with accuracy and empathy.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions using CRM tools.
• Escalate complex cases to senior support or management when necessary.
• Provide clear product and service information to customers.
• Collect feedback to help improve service quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth problem resolution.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s preferred).
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
