Engagement Manager

About the role

BioCatch is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead post‑sales consulting for its behavioral biometrics platform, primarily serving top‑tier financial institutions across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for strategic customers, managing risk, incidents, and escalations in coordination with Support, Service Delivery, Threat Analysts and Data Scientists.
• Lead project teams to resolve customer issues, develop project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of new use cases.
• Conduct regular customer meetings to share product updates, gather feedback, and promote early adoption of new features.
• Present Customer Business Reviews to executives, set goals, and identify new sales opportunities together with Strategic Account Managers.
• Advocate customer needs internally across Solutions, R&D, Product and Engineering, and support event participation.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of post‑sales consulting experience in cyber security, fraud, payments or related technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science).
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese strongly desired.
