Endpoint Security Engineer

About the role

Join EY's Information Security team to design, engineer, and support security solutions across multi‑cloud and on‑premise environments. You will collaborate with Security Architects, Service Delivery, Security Operations and Cyber Defense to deliver secure products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Engineer security solutions and services for on‑premise, hybrid and cloud environments following EY standards.
• Lead design, implementation, testing, production support and documentation for large or complex projects.
• Maintain and improve existing security solutions, driving automation and innovation.
• Provide consulting and level‑four operational support across teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of information security experience, including 3+ years in an engineering function.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or late nights during project phases.

Required skills

• Technical proficiency with endpoint or data security solutions on Linux, macOS and Windows platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Knowledge of anti‑malware tools, privilege management, mobile security, data encryption and data protection.
• Scripting and automation using Python, Ansible, PowerShell or similar, and interacting with APIs.
