Employee Experience Specialist – Americas

About the role

RemotePass is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to support its fast‑growing operations across the United States, Canada and LATAM. You will be the primary point of contact for employee queries, ensuring smooth onboarding, mobility and ongoing HR support in a high‑growth, cross‑border environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee tickets related to onboarding and HR support in the Americas.
• Escalate medium‑ and high‑complexity issues to internal teams such as EX, Payroll, and Legal.
• Coordinate onboarding workflows, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with internal and external partners.
• Assist with mobility tasks, including relocations, document management and employment documentation.
• Maintain accurate records across ticketing and HR platforms, prioritising and responding to open tickets promptly.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, lifecycle management or global employment support.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable navigating cross‑border employment processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience using a ticketing system for HR inquiries.
