Ejecutivo/a Comercial – Sector Logístico

About the role

The Commercial Executive will support FLS in expanding its client base within the logistics and foreign trade sector. You will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective customers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that match client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the commercial methodologies and strategies defined by the company.
• Maintain contact with current and potential clients, providing quotations, information, and advisory support.
• Research the market to identify commercial opportunities aligned with company strategy.
• Analyze client profiles, cargo movements, and origin‑destination preferences to propose appropriate solutions.
• Develop long‑term relationships with new customers and ensure continuous follow‑up.
• Monitor market trends and communicate client needs to internal teams.
• Request and negotiate rates with suppliers.
• Prepare and send quotations to clients.
• Perform administrative tasks related to commercial management.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing and Sales, Foreign Trade, International Business or related fields.
• Experience in commercial roles or customer service/operations, preferably within customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or logistics companies.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
