Ejecutivo de Reservas

About the role

The Reservations Executive will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, generating bookings, and ensuring optimal room profitability while delivering excellent customer service at the Ramada by Wyndham Buenos Aires Centro Hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to all reservation requests and information inquiries.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of room types, locations, and hotel services.
• Prepare and send quotations and confirmations in line with Wyndham standards.
• Keep the rate structure up‑to‑date and communicate current promotions.
• Collect all required reservation data according to group policies and procedures.
• Achieve allocation targets for each market segment, client type, and rate level based on seasonality and demand.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education; currently studying early years of hospitality or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar reservations or front‑desk role.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
• Strong communication, customer focus, results orientation, negotiation, organization and planning abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hotel reservation systems.
